INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium mixing bowl whisk together all the ingredients until evenly combined
and the sugar begins to dissolve.
2. Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the
mixing bowl cover.
3. Select the Soft Ice Cream Mode and choose level 4. Churn until the Frost switches
to Cool and beeps, or until your preferred texture is reached.
4. Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight freezer safe container and place
in the freezer to store.
