Project Description

  • Prep Time: 10m
  • Total Time: 45m
  • Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 tablespoons honey (more or less depending on the ripeness of the mango)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 medium tangerine or navel orange, juiced
  • 5 – 6 mint leaves

Preparation Instructions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in the base of a blender and blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.

3. Select the Slushie mode, L2 or L3, depending on your desired consistency. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.

4. Serve in chilled glasses.

Tips:

L2 will give you a slushie that is slightly more liquidy, while L3 will give you a frostier slushier.

For best results, use fresh mangoes and citrus. You can omit the mint if desired and/or add protein powder when blending to make it a protein slushie.
